Turn it ON:
After 2-3 days take out your phone from rice. Insert battery and turn it on. If it does not turn ON, try charging it. If it does not turn on even after charging, then try replacing the battery or you could take it to a service center. If it turns ON, then you are good to go but make sure you keep monitoring it for any malfunctioning for next couple of days.
